Pacer is a budget pacing board for paid media agencies. It reads your clients' Google Ads and Meta spend every night and shows you, in one morning glance, which budgets are on track and which need a nudge, with the exact daily number to get each one back on pace.
What Pacer does
- Net of fee pacing. Pacer paces against the client's real contracted media budget, not raw platform spend, so the numbers match what you owe the client.
- One page, worst first. Every client and platform on a single board, ranked so the accounts needing attention are on top.
- A number, not just an alert. Month to date, projected end of month, and the recommended daily budget to land on target.
- Google and Meta together. Both platforms on one board, each on its own account time zone.
- Burst and flight aware. Short lifetime-budget campaigns are tracked as bursts; a finished flight is never mistaken for a stalled account.
Built to be trustworthy
- Read-only by default. Pacer reads advertising data to compute pacing. It changes a budget only when you explicitly enable that for a specific account and confirm each change.
- Credentials stay sealed. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown or logged.
- Your data is yours. No selling, no advertising use, no third-party sharing beyond the infrastructure that runs the app. Revoke access any time from your own Google or Meta settings.
